Students visit Big Bang South West

Recently a group of  Year 9 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students participated in a taster day hosted by Exeter University.  The students were able to speak to staff and employers from a variety of different specialisms and find out exactly what is involved in their day to day career.  The students were able to explore stalls and have a hands on experience with a variety of technical equipment including robotics, VR and dried ice.  The career fair was followed by an engaging science show and tour of the University campus.
